Administrative Support

The Arbitration and Mediation Centre is more than just rooms for hire.  We understand that other background services are essential to ensure your focus remains on your meeting.  We recognise that you will need administrative support while you are here. Our administrative staff will arrange for couriers, have copies of documents made and arrange for faxes/emails to be sent or received to our office.  Whatever you require we are here to help.  

Technical Support

All of our meeting rooms incorporate the latest audio and video technology.  If you need to record your meeting, make a video presentation, use video conferencing (SKYPE) and WIFI, we have this all available for your use.  Our staff are on hand to ensure that your meeting runs smoothly and we are here to assist. 


When you book with us, morning and afternoon tea is included in our service. That means you can expect home-baked muffins and great coffee or even a herbal tea.  With access to a number of great cafes and restaurants in the centre of Auckland we can provide a working lunch or dinner at your request.
