Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply:
  • The party booking the room assumes full responsibility for room hire fees together with all additional costs incurred.

  • Payment in full for the room hire is required upon the booking being made.

  • Should a cancellation occur the following shall apply;
    • more that 21 days - full refund
    • 7-21 days - 50% refund (unless the rooms are re-booked otherwise a full refund will be given)
    • less that 7 days - no refund
    • any external catering shall be paid for prior to the hearing date.

  • All other additional charges shall be invoiced following the hearing and shall be payable within 7 days of receipt.
