The following conditions apply:

The party booking the room assumes full responsibility for room hire fees together with all additional costs incurred.

Payment in full for the room hire is required upon the booking being made.

Should a cancellation occur the following shall apply;

more that 21 days - full refund
-
7-21 days - 50% refund (unless the rooms are re-booked otherwise a full refund will be given)

less that 7 days - no refund
-
any external catering shall be paid for prior to the hearing date.

All other additional charges shall be invoiced following the hearing and shall be payable within 7 days of receipt.
